Rosewood Regional Trailhead REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (RSOQ) PROJECT NAME: Rosewood Regional Trailhead, Phase 1 Planning and Design RSOQ Number: 24-001 Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation (TMPF) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide planning and design services for the development of the Rosewood Regional Trailhead, a federally funded project by the Nevada Department of Transportation. All SOQs must be received by TMPF, 50 Cowan Drive, Reno, NV 89509 by 04/14/25 no later than 2:00 p.m., Pacific Time. SOQs received after the established deadline will be returned to the Offeror, and will not receive any consideration in the evaluation process. SOQs are not publicly opened (disclosed), in accordance with NRS 332.061(2). Documents and addenda are available through TMPF, and will be electronically delivered free of charge upon request by either phone at 775-301-3098, or e-mail at jay@tmparksfoundation.org . Somersett West Park PARK FUND PAVILLION FUND GARDEN FUND PAVER FUND DOG PARK FUND PARK EQUIPMENT FUND Goal : To create a new multi-use, multi-generational neighborhood park to further serve Northwest Reno communities. Vision : With extensive community input, the City of Reno (City) and the Somersett Owners Association (SOA) have partnered to design and build a new park in West Somersett . This park will not only have traditional park features such as multi-generational family areas but will have a community garden and dog park for small and large dogs. Location : West Park is located at the northeast corner of Hawk Meadow Trail and Somersett Parkway (across from the City of Reno Fire Station #19). Amenities : Family area with covered pavilion, play equipment, and multi-use turf areas. Community garden with raised planting beds. Dog park with separate large and small dog areas. Exercise paths. Trailhead with connectivity to an extensive trail system. Restrooms and rest areas with benches and water/waste stations. Landscaping, fencing, lighting, storage, donors' plaque and signage. Community Benefits : West Park will be a functional, safe, and attractive venue that will offer a variety of recreational, educational, socialization, wellness and fitness opportunities for community members and their canine friends.
