Programs & Events

Our park-based programs are designed to raise awareness and appreciation of park resources with the goal of increasing a sense of ownership of these vital public spaces. Our programs fall under the Healthy Parks Healthy People: Truckee Meadows initiative. The premise of this idea is that there is a direct relationship between the health of our parks and the health of community.
