The Rosewood Nature Study Area opened in the summer of 2021 at the site of the decommissioned Rosewood Lakes Golf Course. City of Reno Adaptive Cycling Center at Rosewood
The City of Reno is excited to expand its adaptive sports program by launching an Adaptive Cycling Center. The center offers programs that will allow persons with disabilities to access our many adaptive bikes and jump directly onto trails. Families with children and/or adults with disabilities can now access a variety of adaptive bikes and ride together.
GRIT Freedom Chairs at Rosewood
Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation, the City of Reno and AARP have joined forces to make the Rosewood Nature Study Area accessible to all. TMPF has GRIT Freedom Chairs available for community use at Rosewood Nature Study Area with the support of AARP.
